- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cup corn
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
