- 2 pounds potatoes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup milk
- 4 ounces turkey bacon
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 cup grated cheese (Gruyere or Parmesan)
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
