  • 12 wonton wrappers
  • 1 cup sushi rice, cooked
  • 1/2 cup diced cucumber
  • 1/2 cup diced avocado
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup imitation crab meat, shredded
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a muffin tin and press the wonton wrappers into each cup to form cones.
  3. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown and crisp.
  4. In a bowl, mix the sushi rice with rice vinegar and allow it to cool.
  5. Fill each wonton cone with sushi rice and a mix of cucumber, avocado, carrots, and crab meat.
  6. Drizzle with soy sauce and add Sriracha if desired.
  7. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
