  • 1 pound chicken breast
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup cauliflower, cut into steaks

  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season cauliflower steaks with olive oil, salt, and pepper, then roast for 20 minutes.
