  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Wash and trim the Brussels sprouts, then cut them in half.
  3. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove, chop, and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  5. Add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Stir until well combined.
  6. Fold in the Brussels sprouts and cooked bacon.
  7. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
