A delicious and refreshing twist on chicken with a sweet and tangy cranberry orange sauce.

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine cranberries, orange juice, brown sugar, soy sauce, and garlic.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
  4. Sear the chicken in the skillet until golden brown on both sides.
  5. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and pour the cranberry mixture over the top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
