  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Peel and slice the potatoes, then boil them until tender.
  3. In a skillet, melt butter and olive oil over medium heat, then sear the cod fillets until golden brown on both sides.
