  • 1 pound flank steak
  • 1 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cups rice, cooked
  • 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup corn, drained
  • 1 avocado, sliced

Instructions

  1. Marinate the flank steak with lime juice, garlic, cumin, chili powder, and olive oil for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Grill the steak over medium-high heat for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your liking.
