  • 1 packet instant yeast

  • 1/2 cup warm milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, mix warm milk, melted butter, and egg.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients, then knead the dough.
  4. Allow the dough to rise for about 1 hour.
  5. Roll out the dough and spread cocoa powder and cinnamon mixture.
  6. Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over the top.
  7. Roll the dough into a log and cut into slices.
  8. Place slices in a greased baking dish and let rise for 30 minutes.
  9. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes.
  10. Let cool slightly before serving.
