- 2 tablespoons chipotle honey
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups potatoes, peeled and chopped
- ½ cup smoked gouda, shredded
- ¼ cup heavy cream
