  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 8 slices turkey bacon
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Flatten the chicken breasts to about 1/2 inch thickness.
  3. Layer turkey bacon and Swiss cheese on each chicken breast.
  4. Roll the chicken tightly and secure with toothpicks.
  5. Dredge the rolled chicken in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
  6. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. Remove toothpicks and let rest before serving.
