Deliciously crunchy potatoes and savory smoked sausage combined with a rich cheesy ranch flavor.

  • 2 pounds baby potatoes
  • 1 pound smoked sausage
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine baby potatoes with olive oil, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 30 minutes.
  4. While the potatoes are roasting, slice the smoked sausage and set aside.
  5. After 30 minutes, remove the potatoes from the oven, add the smoked sausage, and stir to combine.
  6. Return to the oven and roast for an additional 15 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top and return to the oven for 5 more minutes until the cheese is melted.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
