- 2 pounds baby potatoes
- 1 pound smoked sausage
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine baby potatoes with olive oil, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 30 minutes.
- While the potatoes are roasting, slice the smoked sausage and set aside.
- After 30 minutes, remove the potatoes from the oven, add the smoked sausage, and stir to combine.
- Return to the oven and roast for an additional 15 minutes.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top and return to the oven for 5 more minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
