- 2 pounds potatoes, diced
- 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine diced potatoes, smoked sausage, olive oil, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
