  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 medium carrot, grated
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup raisins or walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond milk, grated carrot, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
