  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat until browned.
  3. In a bowl, combine the brown sugar, granulated sugar, and browned butter.
  4. Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
  5. In another bowl, mix oats, flour, baking soda, and salt.
  6. Combine the wet and dry ingredients.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
  9. Let cool, then make the icing by mixing powdered sugar and milk.
