  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the milk, egg, and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, stirring gently until just combined. Fold in the blueberries.
  5. Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
