- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of muffin tins lined with paper liners.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
