A deliciously creamy roasted garlic tomato soup with a delightful twist of turkey bacon.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups roasted tomatoes
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, roasted
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a pot, heat olive oil and cook the turkey bacon until crispy.

  3. Pour in the vegetable broth and bring to a simmer.
