  • 8 ounces lasagna noodles, broken into pieces
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 6 cups chicken broth
  • 1 can (15 ounces) crushed tomatoes
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
  2. Add the shredded chicken, chicken broth, crushed tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
