  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup dark rum
  • 1 pint vanilla ice cream

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice the bananas into diagonal pieces.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.
  3. Add the brown sugar and cinnamon, stirring until dissolved.
  4. Carefully add the bananas and cook for about 2 minutes until caramelized.
  5. Remove from heat and add the rum. Ignite and let the flames subside.
